The purpose of this invocation is to create a vibrational attunement, guiding you to align with your power, your light, your heart and Earth’s crystalline energy field, as well as forming a protective shield while involved in this work.  

Begin a few minutes before the pulse time so you will be aligned vibrationally at 11:00 AM GMT (Greenwich Mean Time)

Start with invoking your power, stating:

By my all-powerful will and intention, I walk my highest path and fulfill my purpose for being here on Earth at this time.

Align with your intention, stating: 

My overall intention is to raise the love vibration of this planet, in order to bring into balance the feminine/masculine energy and to align Earth and humanity with the highest manifested potential available at this time.

Create a layer of protection, stating:

I now invoke the grid's protective power:  “No harm will ever be caused as a result of this work. My personal safety and well-being, the safety and well-being of my loved ones is fully and completely shielded. While linked to the grid, I form a mesh-like screen of golden light which guards and protects this work from sabotage by any frequencies or vibration, human and non-human; from all types of entities and beings; from all devices; across all dimensions and realities.

By the power of my will and intent I align exclusively with the vibration of love and light.

Confirm: 

Count to 11; sense that the protection is activated. If not sure confirm with pendulum or any other method. (Is the grid’s protective power in place?  yes/no )

Align vibrationally with the heart, stating:

I am now connecting to my heart, inhaling and exhaling from my heart, pulsating coherent waves. Each breath and heartbeat activates my cells, charging me with love.

Confirm heart alignment:  (Am I in my heart at the appropriate love frequency to charge the grid?  Yes/no.) If you are not in the appropriate frequency just skip this channeling, or use the balancing breath to align  and try again.

Link your heart with the crystalline grid, stating: 

I now link through my heart to the grid, creating a bridge of light for the purpose of raising Earth's consciousness.

Confirm: 

Is my heart linked to the grid? Yes/no

Begin the work, silently state:

For the next 11 minutes, I align with a coherent vibration of love. While linked to the grid only pure thoughts and feelings enter my field. I am a conduit for the highest love frequency available.  Charging the crystalline grid with coherent heart waves raises Earth's vibration, aligning her with the highest manifested potential.

Sit in a comfortable position with a straight back upright and your hand resting open on your knees.

Take a few breathes in and out and pay attention to your breathing so you feel present.

Then with the inhale you pull in sky/cosmic energies through your crown and earth energies through your first chakra into your heart on the count of 4 seconds.

Hold these female/male energies for 7 seconds and infuse them with your love. Then breath this love energy from your heart out in all directions, 360 degrees, into the energy field of the earth. The out breath has a silent ahhh sound to it. It is a very soft heart supportive sound using the back of the throat.

Repeat the above sequence for 11 minutes.

On completion of the 11 minutes, silently state:

As I fulfill my purpose, every aspect of my life is now aligning with my heart, manifesting into my physical life; into harmony, beauty, health, abundance, joy, and heart-based relationships to everyone and everything around me. I am one with all that is, rippling and vibrating love to all. I embody the "I Am" as I walk my path as an awakened human, shining my light.

End the session, silently state:

I now disconnect from the grid. I am grateful for being called to do this sacred work and to be aligned with my highest path and so, I AM. Thank you.

Meditation to balance you before you do the actual 11 min. of meditation

Sit in a comfortable posture with your back straight, sitting up.

Take a few deep breaths in just to center yourself.

Then imagine high above you in the sky, in the cosmos, with the stars, wherever your home is. From that place of your sky home you pull the energy in to your heart with your breath in, on a count of 4 seconds.

Keep it there and add your heart, your love, and after 7 seconds you breath it out in all directions. The out-breath has a sound to it, you are using the back of your throat.

The energy moves in 360 degrees like a sphere from your heart out into the energy field of the earth.

Then you imagine and feel where your earth landing place is, deep within the crystals of the earth, the firing heat, the quiet stillness, the fertile ground _ wherever your earth home is that is what you breathe in to your heart with an in-breath on the count of 4 seconds.

And in your heart you hold it with your love, for 7 seconds, and breath it out in all directions with the back throat breath sound, into the energy field of the earth.

Repeat these breaths until you feel balanced. Feel your heart to be like an alchemical chalice.

The cosmic energies and earth energies are being breathed through the heart and become embodied through the unique note of your love.

How to find your earth and sky home/ access point, meditation

Please close your eyes and sit comfortably. And take a few very deep breaths we aware of your breath while you are taking them.

Once you feel settled, start exploring the space underneath you. Move your consciousness into the earth and feel, see, sense; just be there. Is there an image, a place, a feeling of recognition, is it crystal, is it roots or water or fire ...?

Whatever it is that speaks to you keep it as your landing spot, as your anchor.

Then once you feel anchored into the earth start moving your consciousness upward into the sky above you, to the stars do you have a home here somewhere? in the galaxy? In the void, on another planet or just in space? Explore and feel, sense, see and land there with your consciousness as your sky home.
